Buffer Festival is an annual event held in the film district of downtown Toronto that showcases the best creative work from established and emerging YouTube creators. Buffer introduces you to the online film industry. I believe that Buffer Festival needs a refresh that'll bring in more audiences to the annual event. There is limited advertisement that goes into the event, and I feel like this truly limits how many people attend.
